Return/Refund Policy  

A Venue Entertainment customer will receive a refund for the following reasons: 

1.     You didn’t receive your download link e-mail and your Gameshow pack is within 3 business days AFTER notifying us that you haven’t received it through e-mail, we will refund you 100% of the cost you paid.

2.      There is greater than 3% inaccuracy in your gameshow pack and you report it by e-mail with documentation including the content in question and factual evidence of te inaccuracy. If, we confirm the inaccuracy, we will refund you 50% of the cost you paid. 

Shipping and Delivery

 All Gameshows Packs purchased on venueentertaiment.org are electronic downloads and will be delivered via e-mail address with a dropbox link. In order to play the gameshow you need to have already installed the gameshow software.

 You will typically receive you Gameshow link within 10 minutes of you placing your order, but sometimes because of e-mail systems and spam/junk filters, it can take longer. If you haven’t received the email, please check your spam and junk folder of your e-mail account. In the event you haven’t received your Gameshow link within within 1 hour, please email us at support@venueentertainment.org
